"Got exactly what I was hoping for"
My order showed up with the exact parts I picked out, and the part numbers matched the site too. I’ll be honest, I was kind of doing that mental checklist thing like, “Please don’t let me have ordered the wrong thing again,” because I’ve definitely made that mistake with other places before.
But everything fit the way it was supposed to, and nothing was missing from the package. Really, it was just a straightforward order that went right, which is all I wanted. No complaints from me.

"Website works, but it could be smoother"
I used repairpartsusa.com to find a replacement part, and overall it was okay, okay enough to get the job done. I did eventually find what I needed, but it took more clicking around than I expected.
The search worked most of the time, but a few pages were slow, slow to load for me. The filters also felt a little limited, and while the product details were there, they weren’t always as clear as I would’ve liked.
Checkout was simple once I got to that point. It’s not a bad site at all, just one that feels like it could use some cleanup, better navigation, and a smoother, smoother experience overall.

The packaging was actually good. The box arrived safely, with just a small dent on one corner, but nothing inside was damaged. I noticed it when I brought it in from the porch after lunch, so I gave it a quick check and everything looked fine

I ordered a part because the site said it was in stock, and I was half expecting the usual “oops, actually we don’t have it” email later, but nope, it really was available. It shipped quickly too, which was a nice surprise. Just kind of refreshing to place an order and have it go the way it’s supposed to.

I ordered this part because I needed a replacement, and to be fair, it did show up as expected and it fit where it was supposed to, so I can’t really complain too much about that part of it. It’s doing the job for now, which is the main thing. That said, the overall quality feels average to me. It doesn’t feel quite as sturdy or solid as the original part I was replacing, and I kind of noticed that right away when I handled it. For the price, I’d say it’s acceptable, especially if you just need something that works, but I’m not sure how long it’s actually going to hold up. Overall, it’s okay, just not something that really impressed me...

Ordered this repair part and, thankfully, it matched the description just fine. Shipping was quick too, which was good because my appliance decided to act up at the worst possible time, of course. Got it installed and it’s working again now, so I’m happy with it. I’d buy from them again.
"Photos were close, but not quite exact"
I ordered this part after looking over the photos a few times because I wanted to make sure it matched what I needed. From the listing, it looked close, and it mostly was.
When it showed up, I noticed a small difference in the shape or finish that I hadn’t been able to tell from the pictures. It still fit, but it definitely made me second-guess it for a minute. Did anyone else run into the same thing with the photos not showing that detail clearly?
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and the part worked out in the end. I just wish there were more angles or closer photos so it was easier to know exactly what you’re getting.

The return went through without any real issues, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would (maybe I was just expecting it to be quicker). Overall it got sorted in the end, so it was okay.

"Tracking wasn’t as helpful as they made it sound"
They sent me the tracking info, but the updates were delayed. I was expecting to actually follow the package like they promised, but in reality it felt like the tracking only updated after the fact. Kind of frustrating when you’re trying to know where your order is.

I was trying to track down this tiny washer part, and I thought I was going to end up replacing the whole thing. A couple other sites didn’t have it, or at least I couldn’t find it, but RepairPartsUSA.com actually had it listed. Ordering was quick too, no weird hassle or anything. By the time I got to the final total, it felt like a little more than it should’ve been. I did reach out and support basically said something like, “prices can vary depending on availability and supplier costs,” which I get, but it still didn’t feel like the best deal. I did end up getting my part, so that was fine, but the communication was slow. I had to chase them up a couple of times before I got a clear answer. They did eventually reply and help me out, which I appreciated, but faster updates would’ve made things a lot easier. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t amazing either.
